Role Overview

The resort is hiring an Assistant Manager for the Transportation Shuttle function to support day-to-day guest transport operations and help deliver a polished luxury experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee vehicle scheduling and dispatch for guest movements, airport transfers, and special occasions.
  • Make sure transport service is delivered on time and with professional standards.
  • Track vehicle upkeep schedules and ensure vehicles remain clean and presentable.
  • Supervise chauffeurs, drivers, and transportation coordinators.
  • Deliver ongoing training on service quality, safety procedures, and guest interaction.
  • Review team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and feedback.
  • Create smooth, tailored transport experiences for VIPs, groups, and individual guests.
  • Respond to guest questions, complaints, and special transport requests.
