Job Summary

The Assistant Product Manager will support the planning and delivery of products across their full lifecycle, while also helping drive sales and marketing efforts. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to make sure product initiatives align with the bank’s wider strategy and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development, launch, and ongoing management of both new and existing retail banking products.
  • Carry out gap assessments, spot new business opportunities, and suggest improvements where needed.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, Business Intelligence, and other relevant internal teams.
  • Support communication and coordination with outside stakeholders connected to product management activities.
  • Help create and maintain a product lifecycle roadmap for the assigned products.
  • Contribute to marketing campaigns and promotional activities within the Retail Banking Group.
  • Review product performance data, identify patterns, and gather customer feedback through collaboration with sales teams and surveys to support business decisions.
  • Assist in delivering training sessions and sales enablement material for frontline retail banking staff when new products or promotions are introduced.
  • Support the creation of marketing and sales collateral that helps frontline teams achieve financial targets.
  • Take on any other related duties assigned by management.

Education and Experience
