Assistant Manager Operations

Position Overview

TrueBlue India LLP is hiring Assistant Managers for Operations to support Unit Heads in managing cinema operations across multiple locations including Bathinda, Ludhiana, Kota, and Mumbai in India. This role is aimed at ensuring efficient daily functioning and enhancing customer experience within cinema outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Train and certify 100% of staff on operational tasks and company procedures.
• Oversee training and compliance of housekeeping personnel and agency staff to enforce hygiene and cleanliness according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction ratings consistently.
• Ensure adherence to all company SOPs to maintain operational standards.
• Boost club memberships under the Cinepolis branding.
• Increase food and beverage sales revenues within assigned locations.
• Manage and control Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) to maximize profitability.

Candidate Profile

• Male candidates only.
• Proficient communication skills in English are a must.
• Qualification: Graduation in any discipline.
• Experience in quick service restaurants (QSR), hotels, or hospitality industries is preferred.

Work Details

• Job locations: Bathinda (Green city Square, Housefed Colony), Ludhiana (Greenwood city near MBD), Kota (near Fun City), Mumbai (near Zeeshan Cinema).
• Employment status: On payroll, full-time.
• Shift pattern: Rotational shifts totaling 9 hours daily.
• Salary range: ₹29,000 to ₹34,000 monthly (In-hand up to ₹30,000), inclusive of provident fund and incentives.
