Role Overview
As the Assistant Manager at Noosa Homemaker, you will collaboratively support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and elevating store performance. You'll play a key role in leading by example, coaching the team, workforce planning, and using data insights to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and delight customers to help them create personalized home styles.
- Set a strong example by meeting personal targets and KPIs while supporting team achievements.
- Assist the Store Manager in coaching, training, and developing store staff.
- Contribute to workforce planning and roster management to maintain budget adherence.
- Analyze store reports to proactively identify opportunities enhancing customer experience.
