Role Overview

This full-time position is based in Jabal Ali, Dubai. The role is suited to a detail-oriented finance professional who can take ownership of accounting operations, strengthen reporting accuracy, and ensure financial processes remain aligned with international compliance expectations.

What the Role Involves

You will be responsible for managing finance-related workflows with a strong focus on structure, accuracy, and regulatory adherence. The position calls for someone comfortable working with advanced ERP tools, especially SAP, and capable of maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.

Qualifications and Background

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• An active professional accounting qualification is compulsory, such as ACCA, CA, CPA, or ACAW.
• The ideal candidate should bring 5 to 8 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• Experience in the cable industry or with a Big 4 accounting firm is strongly preferred.

Technical Expertise

• You should have a solid working understanding of financial policies, procedures, regulations, and IFRS.
• Practical experience with computerized accounting systems and the ability to operate independently in an ERP environment, particularly SAP, is necessary.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills are expected for financial modeling and analytical work.
