Job Overview
This assistant manager role in a fast food setting requires hands-on involvement at the physical location. The position is based in a rural area and mandates working onsite without remote options.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning
- Oversee and evaluate employee job performance
- Coordinate and structure daily operational plans
- Manage staffing, including recruitment and scheduling
- Supervise team members, providing necessary training and guidance
- Maintain financial accuracy through balancing cash and completing reports and balance sheets
- Conduct employee performance appraisals
- Organize inventory levels effectively
- Resolve customer complaints and uphold quality customer service
Requirements and Qualifications
- Fluency in English
- Completion of secondary or high school education
- Between 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge of electronic cash registers and point of sale systems
Work Environment and Additional Information
- Supervise a team size ranging from 5 to 10 employees
- Must be physically present at the workplace; no remote work allowed
