Job Overview
We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager specializing in Current and Savings Account (CASA) sales at IDFC First Bank Limited in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new CASA customers by opening Current and Savings Accounts.
- Generate prospective client leads through direct field sales and market outreach activities.
- Promote and cross-sell additional banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Credit Cards, and Loans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage KYC documentation and ensure seamless customer onboarding processes.
Candidate Profile
- Mandatory graduation qualification.
- Experience ranging from 1 to 5 years in banking, CASA, or BFSI sales roles.
- Strong communication and effective sales capabilities.
- Focused on achieving targets with a customer-centric mindset.
- Possession of a two-wheeler is preferred for field activities.
Compensation and Growth
