Overview
JITO Incubation & Innovation Foundation (JIIF), the startup and investment vertical of JITO, is seeking a finance professional for an Accounts & Finance Assistant Manager role. This opportunity is designed for someone who wants to move beyond routine bookkeeping and gain exposure to the fast-moving startup and investment environment.

What the role involves
The position calls for a candidate who can take ownership of financial records and support the team with accurate accounting and compliance work. The ideal person should be comfortable handling core accounting tasks, preparing reports, and managing statutory filings with confidence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting work using Tally Prime.
- Use Advanced Excel to organize, analyze, and present financial data.
- Handle GST and TDS compliance and filing activities.
- Prepare clear and reliable financial reports to support business decisions.

Eligibility
