About the Company

Role Overview
As Assistant to the Head of Operations, you will work closely with the Head of Operations to keep initiatives moving, connect headquarters with store teams, and convert information into practical action. The work is varied, so each week can look different.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and follow up on operational initiatives across all sites, from early planning through to delivery.
- Monitor key performance indicators, build performance updates, and identify where improvements are needed.
- Provide support for new store launches and growth projects from start to finish.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, operational guides, and internal documentation.
- Act as the link between HQ and store teams to ensure clear communication and timely follow-through.
- Work with HR, Finance, Marketing, Logistics, and Facilities on daily operational matters.
- Put together meeting packs, presentation materials, and action follow-ups for senior leaders.
- Assist with budgeting, planning resources, and initiatives that improve operations.
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or a closely related subject.
- Experience in operations, project coordination, hospitality, or administrative work.
- Excellent organisation and the ability to manage several priorities at once.
- Comfort with data analysis and using insights to guide decisions.
- Strong accountability and the ability to move tasks forward independently.
- Good communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Fluent English, plus strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred Experience
- Previous work in multi-location hospitality, retail, or food service environments.
- Knowledge of operational reporting and performance management.
- Experience supporting senior managers or executive teams.
- German language ability.
