Assistant Guest Relations Manager

About the Role

Join the team at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara under Minor Hotels, a global hospitality group operating over 530 properties worldwide across various renowned brands. We are looking for an Assistant Guest Relations Manager to help deliver outstanding guest experiences by supporting the Guest Relations team with daily guest service and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist the front desk team in coordinating guest services and activities.
• Supervise the check-in and check-out processes for seamless operations.
• Work collaboratively across departments to address guest needs and resolve any issues.
• Train and guide guest relations staff to uphold excellent service standards.
• Help develop and implement initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Review guest feedback regularly to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in organizing special events and managing VIP guest arrangements.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and local legal requirements.
• Support managing the guest relations budget and resource allocation.

Requirements

• Diploma in hotel management or a relevant field.
• Prior experience in front office or guest service roles.
• Strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with front office systems.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written; knowledge of Russian is advantageous.
