About the Role
This opportunity is with a premium nightlife venue in Dubai, where the Assistant General Manager will act as a key support to senior leadership and help maintain a high-end guest experience. The position is suited to someone who can balance operational control, team leadership, and service quality in a fast-paced luxury hospitality setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the smooth running of day-to-day venue activities.
- Guide and coordinate managers as well as supervisory staff.
- Maintain consistently high standards across operations.
- Respond to and manage requests from VIP guests with care and discretion.
- Support and improve overall team output and performance.
Requirements
- Background in luxury hospitality is required.
- Prior experience in an operational leadership role is expected.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are needed.
- Ability to identify issues quickly and resolve them effectively.
Compensation
The salary for this role is AED 22,000 to AED 35,000 per month, along with additional benefits.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite position in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
