About the Role
As an Assistant Fresh Department Manager at Woolworths Group, you will embark on a leadership journey designed to develop your skills and provide a strong foundation for growth within retail. You'll support day-to-day department operations and collaborate across the store to deliver outstanding shopping experiences for our customers and foster a positive work environment for the team.

Work Schedule
Your work hours follow a four-day week roster to balance professional and personal life, with shifts typically ranging from early mornings through late afternoons across Tuesday to Saturday:
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
- Wednesday to Friday: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
