Job Overview
The company is seeking an Assistant Brewer to join the production team. The role involves assisting the Head Brewer and colleagues to ensure efficient production that complies with defined operational procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Brewer and production team to meet production schedules efficiently.
- Maintain accurate production records and adhere to quality control and health and safety protocols.
- Engage in identifying areas for continuous improvement and effectively troubleshoot production issues.
Qualifications and Experience
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in brewery production.
- Strong knowledge of Brewery Quality Control and Microbiological procedures.
- Possession of technical brewing certifications such as the IBD General Certificate in Brewing; aiming to progress towards the IBD Diploma Brewer Qualification.
- Certification in HACCP and Food Safety Level 2.
- Valid Counterbalance Fork Truck Licence.
