Assistant Brand Manager (Beauty)

Role overview

This opportunity is for a Regional Assistant Brand Manager in the beauty space. The position is centred on converting regional brand direction into market-ready executions that work across Southeast Asia, while coordinating closely with regional partners, distributors, and agency teams.

What you will do

• Plan brand activity at a regional level and ensure smooth operational rollout across multiple markets.
• Own the end-to-end delivery of 360 launch campaigns across retail, media, ATL, and BTL channels.
• Work with local market teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders to make sure launches are ready and executed well.
• Handle A&P planning, launch sequencing, forecasting, and review of post-launch results.
• Support Sales with retailer decks, trade initiatives, and key account programmes.
• Review market performance, pricing, consumer response, and campaign outcomes to spot improvement areas.

Candidate profile

• At least 5 to 7 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in FMCG.
• Hands-on operational marketing background with clear experience in 360 launch work.
• Experience managing A&P budgets, forecasting, and regional brand planning.
• Strong commercial judgement, analytical thinking, and a sharp eye for detail.
• Comfortable managing stakeholders across global, regional, and local levels.
• Experience in Southeast Asian markets and distributor coordination will be a strong advantage.
