Position Summary

The Assistant Athletic Director acting as General Manager of NIL Administration will be responsible for overseeing every facet of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) operations for Illinois State University's Intercollegiate Athletics department. Key duties involve managing rosters, generating revenue, fostering brand partnerships, facilitating authentic NIL opportunities, administering revenue-sharing and collective payments, and maintaining contract workflows. This role will maintain all communications and activities related to NIL with external partners including alumni, donors, business owners, representatives, collectives, and other third parties associated with Illinois State University's NIL initiatives.
