Role Summary

This full-time, on-site Assessor position is based in Andhra Pradesh, India. The role centers on reviewing eye care facilities against defined quality and safety benchmarks, examining documentation, and confirming compliance through organized assessments. The position requires site visits, staff interactions, detailed reporting, and close coordination with internal teams to keep evaluation methods consistent and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

The Assessor will plan and organize assessment visits, carry out inspections at facilities, speak with relevant staff members, and prepare detailed findings along with practical recommendations. The role also includes maintaining precise records, supporting the improvement of assessment criteria, and working with colleagues to ensure evaluations are carried out in a consistent and ethical manner. Confidentiality and clear communication with both internal teams and client organizations are essential parts of the job.

Qualifications and Skills

• You should be able to carry out structured evaluations, interpret data, and produce clear, thorough reports.
• A sharp eye for detail, strong reasoning ability, and good judgment are important for applying standards correctly.

• A basic understanding of healthcare or eye care service delivery is useful; experience in quality assurance, auditing, or accreditation is a plus.
• Comfort using office software and digital tools for records, data entry, and report writing is expected.
• The position requires the ability to travel and work on-site across locations in Andhra Pradesh and adjust to different facility settings.
• A diploma or degree in healthcare, quality management, or a related area is preferred.
