Role Overview
This position is for an Art Therapist based in Pune, with travel required across Maharashtra. The role supports children in Child Care Institutions (CCIs) through Project Masoom, using art-based therapeutic interventions to improve emotional and psychological well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and facilitate both one-to-one and group art therapy sessions for children.
- Use therapeutic methods to support emotional, behavioural, and mental well-being.
- Prepare and update therapy records, case notes, and monthly progress reports.
- Work closely with CCI teams as well as JJB and CWC stakeholders.
- Take part in supervision meetings and case review discussions.
- Travel throughout Maharashtra as needed for fieldwork and programme execution.
Experience and Qualifications
The preferred experience range is 0 to 2 years. Candidates should hold an M.A. or M.Sc. in Psychology or Clinical Psychology, along with relevant certification or training in Art-Based Therapy.
