Job Overview
Honeyy Constructions is seeking a motivated and skilled Area Sales Manager to oversee real estate sales operations within the designated region. The candidate must possess strong leadership capabilities, effective communication skills, and a successful background in real estate sales.
Primary Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct a sales team consisting of executives and channel partners.
- Drive property sales efforts to consistently meet monthly sales targets.
- Develop new client leads through strategic marketing and on-ground visits.
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients and investors.
- Organize and conduct site tours and property presentations for prospects.
- Track team performance metrics and deliver training and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and management departments to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems timely.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 3 to 6 years of experience specifically in real estate sales, with at least one year in team leadership roles.
- Exhibit strong skills in negotiation and closing deals.
- Have a sound understanding of the local real estate market dynamics.
- Demonstrate excellent communication capabilities coupled with leadership qualities.
- Show a proven ability to meet sales targets while managing a sales team effectively.
