Role overview
This position is focused on generating insurance business through an assigned relationship or channel partner within a defined area or zone. The role involves influencing the partner so they can, in turn, guide their customers toward investing in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
Key accountabilities
- Drive insurance business from the allotted relationship or channel partner in the assigned territory.
- Work with the partner to build confidence and encourage customer investment in Birla Sunlife Insurance.
- Provide complete pre-sales and post-sales assistance to both the partner and end customers.
- Coordinate support delivery with the team assigned to the relationship.
- Meet business targets while maintaining steady quarter-on-quarter growth.
