Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Architect to join our real estate development team based in Business Bay, Dubai. The role involves leading architectural design and managing project development activities starting from conceptualization to construction completion and handover. You will be responsible for handling residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects, ensuring adherence to UAE standards, budget, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design initiatives from initial concept through full project delivery.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Manage approvals in accordance with Dubai Municipality and other UAE regulations.
• Oversee technical reviews and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Mandatory Requirements

• A minimum of 10 to 12 years experience in the UAE within real estate development, consultancy, and construction sectors.
• Proven expertise managing high-rise buildings of ground plus 12 floors and above.
• Possession of a valid G+12 or unlimited Dubai Municipality Approval Permit.
• Active membership with the Society of Engineers (SOE), UAE.
• In-depth understanding of Dubai authority approvals and UAE building regulations.

Professional Skills

• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and related architectural design software.
• Strong skills in construction detailing, design coordination, and executing projects smoothly.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a strong capacity for problem-solving.
