About The Warehouse Group
The Warehouse Group manages some of New Zealand's most well-known retail brands including The Warehouse, Warehouse Stationery, and Noel Leeming. These brands remain popular by delivering engaging customer experiences and supporting sustainability and public good projects.
Role Purpose and Details
This fixed-term position runs from 18th August 2026 to 18th August 2027. You will be part of the Apparel department where your enthusiasm for fashion and dedication to outstanding customer service will be key. Your main duties include assisting customers with inquiries, maintaining attractive and well-organized merchandise displays, and restocking items efficiently to keep the department visually appealing and fully stocked. The work schedule covers Tuesday to Saturday from 12:30pm to 9:00pm, totaling 40 hours per week.
Candidate Profile
Previous experience in customer-facing roles like retail or hospitality is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong communication skills, a positive mindset, and eagerness to learn are important. Physically, the role requires being comfortable standing for long periods, using ladders, and handling some heavy lifting.
