Role Overview
This part-time Analyst position at KMAS-SA, located in Singapore, offers a hybrid work setup combining onsite and remote activities. The Analyst supports data-informed decision-making by gathering, organizing, and analyzing operational, financial, and customer information for the company's restaurant brands. Daily tasks include creating reports and dashboards, identifying trends and efficiencies, aiding budget planning, and optimizing asset use.
Responsibilities
The role entails collaborating with management to assess performance metrics, recommending process and system improvements, and providing insights aimed at enhancing employee welfare and customer experience. Clear documentation of findings and effective communication of suggestions to stakeholders are essential to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
Ideal candidates will have strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data collection and basic statistics.
