Analyst Specialist - PMO Team

Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Analyst Specialist in the PMO team is responsible for setting up and enforcing standardized project management frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes. The role involves continuous monitoring of project schedules, budgets, milestones, deliverables, associated risks, and interdependencies. Providing project managers with essential tools, guidance, and assistance to ensure projects are executed effectively is a key part of the role. You will also prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for senior leadership review. This role requires proactive identification of project risks and issues along with supporting mitigation strategies to drive prompt resolution. Maintaining project delivery aligned with business objectives and timelines as well as spearheading improvements in PMO procedures, reporting quality, and project execution practices are integral duties.

Candidate Qualifications

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline.
• Demonstrated experience within PMO or project management and governance functions.
• Comprehensive understanding of project management approaches, reporting methodologies, and governance standards.
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational capabilities.
• Experience handling complex projects particularly in technology-driven settings.
• Proficiency in Arabic is required.
• Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Telecom, Technology, or Technology Service Providers.
• Applicants should have familiarity with technology, telecom sectors, GCC market dynamics, and managing complex project deliveries.
