Role Overview
The Analyst role at Northwood Family Office involves delivering direct support to clients with a broad focus on client reporting, data governance, and accounting assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing quarterly investment reporting packages using Northwood's internal reporting systems.
- Manage client documentation, ensuring compliance processes and proper filing are maintained.
- Support the completion of financial statements and meet tax compliance deadlines.
- Handle various ad hoc tax, accounting, and reporting requests as they arise.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Over three years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
- Familiarity or experience in the investment sector is a plus.
- Quick learner with the capacity to absorb new knowledge effectively.
- Strong multitasking abilities and keen prioritization of diverse projects.
- Meticulous record-keeping skills paired with above-average organizational talents.
- Capable of working independently within time-sensitive environments and collaborating effectively in teams.
- A desire to develop skills and pursue a lengthy career in this specialized financial setting.
- Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance is preferred.
