About the Role

IncubatorLab is seeking a dynamic Amazon Creator Connections Specialist to spearhead our creator outreach initiatives across major commerce and social platforms globally. This role is pivotal in driving creator growth by identifying, engaging, and activating creators on Amazon, TikTok, Google, and Meta. It demands high-volume, execution-driven efforts for turning cold leads into active brand affiliates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound outreach campaigns to onboard elite creators.
• Ensure continuous follow-up to transition creators from initial contact to generating live content and driving sales.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new creators, providing necessary support for their success.
• Maintain thorough records and updates to prevent any leads from being overlooked.
• Navigate various platforms, including Amazon creator tools, TikTok, Google, and Meta, to nurture creator relationships effectively.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in influencer or creator outreach, especially focused on performance-based brands.
• Outstanding English communication skills marked by persuasion, professionalism, and persistence.
• Exceptional organizational abilities to juggle hundreds of conversations simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
• Fluency with platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Amazon's creator ecosystems.
• A proactive approach ensuring follow-ups lead to active creator engagement and measurable outcomes.

Work Schedule and Conditions

This is a remote-first, asynchronous position emphasizing results over monitored hours. Candidates must have daily availability overlapping with US Eastern Standard Time for team meetings and timely support.
