Role overview
MACA is hiring seasoned All Round Production Operators for the Gruyere project, working a 14 days on / 7 days off day and night shift roster and travelling from Perth. Gruyere Gold Mine, located about 200 km north-east of Laverton, is a large-scale gold operation recognised for its strong reserves and consistent production performance.

What the role involves
- Operating in an open-pit production mining environment.
- Handling heavy mining equipment such as CAT 785C, Komatsu 830E and MT4400 haul trucks.
- Using machinery including D10 dozers, 16M graders and WA900/WA1200 loaders.
- Working independently while staying highly driven and safety conscious.
What you need
- Previous experience in production mining within an open-pit setting.
- Hands-on exposure to CAT 785C, Komatsu 830E and MT4400 equipment.
- Experience operating D10 dozers, 16M graders and WA900/WA1200 loaders.
- A self-motivated approach and the ability to work without close supervision.
- A current Western Australia driver's licence.
- A clear National Police Clearance.
