Applicants with hands-on background in any of the following aviation supply chain functions are encouraged to apply: airline technical supply chain, aircraft parts procurement, aviation logistics, material planning, inventory control, MRO supply chain, vendor performance management, strategic sourcing, purchasing, warranty administration, AOG desk operations, aircraft materials, technical procurement, contract management, and supply chain analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or a closely related field is preferred.
• Depending on the role, candidates should typically bring 5 to 15+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior exposure to airlines, MRO organizations, OEMs, or aviation suppliers is important.
• Knowledge of spare parts, rotables, expendables, and repair control within aviation is expected.
• Strong negotiation ability and stakeholder coordination skills are required.
• Experience with ERP or MRO platforms such as SAP, AMOS, TRAX, CAMP, Traxall, or similar tools is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build reports from data are important.
• Clear communication and strong problem-solving skills are needed.
