AI Training PRP Expert Writer (Part-Time, Work from Home)

Overview

Join TELUS International AI Inc. as an AI Training PRP Expert Writer, engaging in part-time, remote work focused on enhancing AI learning models. This role involves contributing to a diverse AI community that supports AI and machine learning development globally using a proprietary platform. The position offers a flexible schedule with work hours aligned to Indian Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities

• Compose comprehensive, step-by-step reasoning frameworks to assist AI in addressing complex questions.
• Analyze AI-generated logic and code outputs to find inconsistencies, hallucinations, and mistakes.
• Create and optimize programming tasks using Python and JavaScript for AI instruction refinement.
• Assess AI-produced code for conformity to quality standards, security practices, and coding norms such as PEP 8.
• Validate that AI-generated responses meet preset guidelines on instructions, constraints, tone, and overall quality.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Strong skills in Python (especially AI/ML pipelines) or full-stack JavaScript development.
• Native proficiency in the candidate’s primary language.
• Intermediate English communication skills (B1 level).
• Excellent analytical abilities to detect logical errors and develop clean, efficient code.

Work Schedule and Other Conditions

• Must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Indian Standard Time.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual pay ranging between 8,640 to 24,000 USD.
