Role Overview

As an AI Product Manager at Air Apps, you will lead the development of AI-infused products aimed at enhancing user experience. You will oversee the lifecycle of AI-based features, collaborating tightly with engineers, designers, and data scientists to launch and scale effective AI functionalities that align with business goals and user expectations. This role requires presence at the Lisbon office, working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting, with relocation support offered.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a strategic AI product roadmap consistent with both business targets and customer demands.
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and data science teams to create and deploy AI-powered features.
• Perform market analysis and gather user feedback to identify AI application opportunities.
• Collaborate with machine learning experts to enhance AI model accuracy and user impact.
• Establish KPIs to evaluate product performance and use data to guide iterative improvements.
• Keep abreast of emerging AI trends, technologies, and ethical practices to maintain product competitiveness and compliance with data privacy standards.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum four years' experience in product management, preferably focused on AI, machine learning, or data-driven solutions.
• Solid comprehension of AI and machine learning principles, such as natural language processing, computer vision, and recommendation systems.
• Proven experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams to build AI functionalities.
• Skill in translating advanced AI concepts into accessible, user-centric products.
• Strong analytical aptitude with a data-informed approach to product decisions.
