AI Automation Specialist

Overview

We are actively seeking a dedicated full-time AI Automation Specialist to join our marketing company remotely. This role offers a monthly salary ranging between $1000 and $2000 USD, working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Time from Monday through Friday. The specialist will support automating and optimizing various repetitive workflows to increase operational efficiency and enhance lead generation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance AI-agent related skills, instructions, and automated workflows.
• Implement automation for creating AI-generated advertisements using image and video AI models.
• Automate client onboarding processes to streamline integration and scaling.
• Support automation for copywriting tasks to maximize productivity.
• Track and automate aggregation of data to monitor and improve campaign performance.
• Maintain and improve a substantial existing automation infrastructure involving AI workflows and tools.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior experience creating automations using platforms like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
• Hands-on experience utilizing AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex for software repository modifications and troubleshooting on GitHub.
• Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, JSON, authentication mechanisms, and basic scripting related to AI-agent tools including MCP servers.
• Strong understanding of tool interactions and troubleshooting automation integrations, even without formal programming expertise.

Preferred But Not Mandatory

• Background in programming or software development.
• Experience in writing or adjusting scripts.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Drive, Airtable, ClickUp, or GoHighLevel.
• Use of AI-generated image/video tools such as GPT Image, Kling, Seedance, or Grok Imagine.
• Experience working with AI agents such as Hermes or OpenClaw.

We are a marketing firm focused on Meta Ads and similar initiatives. Our goal is to automate processes to scale advertising efforts and exceed last year's lead generation success of 35,000 leads.
