Role Overview

The Agriculture Project Manager based in the Al-Qassim Region will be responsible for comprehensive planning, execution, and oversight of agricultural initiatives including crop production, supply chain processes, and allocation of resources. This full-time, on-site role demands coordination with numerous stakeholders such as suppliers and farmers to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all phases of agricultural projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and monitoring progress.
• Liaise with suppliers, farmers, and internal teams to synchronize activities and maintain productivity.
• Oversee logistics, expediting deliveries, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to uphold operational excellence.
• Identify and implement improvements aligned with best practices in agriculture management.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and support decision-making processes for leadership.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and expediting within agriculture or related sectors.
• Expertise in logistics management and expedition duties.
• Knowledge of quality assurance and inspection procedures applicable to agricultural operations.
• Background in farm management, agribusiness, or agricultural operations is highly advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills to handle data, budgets, and reporting tasks effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills and problem-solving capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to work collaboratively across diverse groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred.
• Proficiency in project management software and spreadsheet tools, combined with a readiness to work on-site in Al-Qassim Region.
