About the Role
This position is focused on leading residential sales operations for a city, with responsibility for strategy, team leadership, business growth, and market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute city-level plans for business expansion, including target setting, performance objectives, and better workflow systems for the team.
- Lead a team made up of Cluster Heads and Client Advisors, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to help them perform well.
- Spot and develop new business opportunities in the city by building strong relationships with property developers and other relevant partners.
- Track local real estate developments and market shifts by reviewing demand patterns, competition, and customer behavior to guide decisions.
- Assess the performance of Client Advisors and Cluster Heads through KPI tracking, reviews, and corrective action plans where needed.
- Build monthly and quarterly sales plans to support revenue and growth goals.
- Work closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to keep city operations aligned and running smoothly.
- Follow company policies, internal processes, and applicable regulations at all times.

Compensation
Annual salary is listed between INR 8,00,000 and INR 15,00,000.
