Agency Development Manager - Life Insurance Sales

Job Overview

We are looking to hire an Agency Development Manager (ADM) specialized in Life Insurance to lead and drive sales through effective management of commission-based agents. The role demands recruiting, training, and motivating agents to achieve aggressive sales targets while ensuring their continuous career advancement.

Primary Responsibilities

• Achieve prescribed life insurance sales goals by supervising and supporting agents efficiently.
• Recruit and onboard commission-driven agents, enabling them with necessary training and development.
• Track and enforce agents’ activity plans aligned with the organization's business targets.
• Organize weekly Performance Review Programs (PRPs) and maintain accurate Sales MIS updates.
• Inspire and counsel agents for their career progression within the company framework.
• Motivate agents to utilize the CRM Agent Portal to improve customer management and identify cross-selling potential.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably with a background in life insurance.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent people management and networking capabilities.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially focused mindset.
• Proven track record with a results-oriented approach and measurable achievements.
• Strong communication skills paired with confidence and professional maturity.
