Overview
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Aesthetic Trainer to join our education team. This role involves promoting the iS Clinical brand messaging and philosophies to enhance brand awareness. The successful candidate will create educational content, conduct both in-person and virtual training sessions, and participate in seminars for aesthetic professionals as well as internal company staff. Additionally, the trainer will respond to product inquiries from partners and end-users and report to the Aesthetic Training Manager. The role requires educating global sales teams, partners, and prospective clients about iS Clinical products, treatments, and the underlying science.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the training team to meet goals and implement strategies promptly and positively.
- Develop and distribute thorough knowledge regarding iS Clinical products, treatments, and scientific information through training sessions, demonstrations, seminars, and webinars to educate aesthetic professionals, customers, and company staff.
- Travel up to 50%, including flights and overnight stays, planned quarterly in coordination with management.
- Provide timely communication, feedback, and reporting as directed by the Aesthetic Training Manager.
- Maintain reliable internet access at home to conduct virtual webinars for partners and prospects, ensuring consistent messaging on diverse topics such as product knowledge, professional protocols, science, and sales techniques.
- Partner with education and marketing teams to develop innovative training materials and participant tools that address the evolving needs of the aesthetics community.
- Regularly assess and update training programs to ensure they effectively meet audience needs.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory requirements, ingredient knowledge, and best practices to integrate them into training.
- Mentor internal staff to improve customer and partner communications and relationships.
- Assist in developing technical education and presentation materials.
- Serve as an advocate and liaison for business partners and customers to resolve product inquiries or issues promptly and fairly.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Must hold an active aesthetics license.
- Preferably 1 or more years of prior training experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with adaptability and flexibility.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in clinical scheduling and strategy.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Reliable, punctual, and self-driven personality.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills.
- Proficient in planning travel arrangements including flights, car rentals, and hotels while considering budget constraints.
- Passion for training with enthusiasm and knowledge of skincare and dermatology.
- Ability to handle challenges professionally and maintain composure.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in front of a computer for extended periods.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
