- Help managers, rota coordinators, and employees with questions related to scheduling, working hours, and time recording.
- As an administrator, keep tariff rules, account scripts, and organizational structures up to date and expanded as needed.
- Serve as the contact person for technical issues and error messages, and coordinate directly with the software vendor.
What matters for this role
- A completed degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on HR or healthcare management, or a completed commercial apprenticeship such as office management or an equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in HR management and/or as a time management specialist, preferably in operational HR work and ideally within healthcare.
- Experience with collective agreements such as TVöD (BT-K) and TV-Ärzte/VKA is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with HR administration systems as well as electronic rostering and time-management tools.
- Strong digital affinity and confident use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, resilience, quick comprehension, and a proactive, practical approach.
What you can look forward to
- A responsible and varied role with real scope to make an impact.
- Structured onboarding to help you get started in the company and in your tasks.
- Room to contribute your own ideas and concepts for continuous improvement and development.
- A broad range of training and development opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
- Flexible working hours and the option to work remotely from time to time.
