Role Overview
This part-time Administrative Officer position is based in Dubai and offers a hybrid working arrangement with some flexibility for remote work. The main focus is on overseeing daily office operations, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining both digital and physical records in an organized manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage documentation related to property listings.
- Provide administrative assistance to leasing and sales teams.
- Handle basic client and partner correspondence professionally.
- Assist with data entry tasks and prepare reports to support team workflow.
- Conduct follow-ups on pending actions to ensure smooth operations across departments.
- Offer frontline administrative support and address routine inquiries.
- Contribute to maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong skills in general administration and administrative support to facilitate office operations and assist various teams.
- Effective communication and customer service abilities to interact well with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Solid organizational skills for efficient scheduling, documentation, and prioritization.
- Proficiency in standard office software such as MS Office and solid data entry capabilities.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or similar sectors is advantageous.
- Independent work ethic with good time management and adaptability to a hybrid work model.
- Preferred educational qualifications include a diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
