This position is based in Kirkland, WA, and applicants may also indicate a preferred work location from Kirkland, WA or Mountain View, CA.
Minimum qualifications
At least 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international setting, with hands-on responsibility for core administrative work such as travel coordination, expense processing, calendar management, and facilities support.
Preferred qualifications
Six or more years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership in a corporate environment, including planning and delivering small projects and events from the early stages through completion.
Key responsibilities
Maintain, coordinate, and revise calendars and meeting schedules with little direction while preparing executives or teams for meetings.
Handle expense-related workflows with minimal supervision.
Review office space needs and help advocate for appropriate workspace solutions.
Organize internal and external programs and events, including logistics coordination with internal stakeholders and outside vendors.
Arrange travel-related tasks with limited guidance.
Compensation and benefits
The expected pay range in the US is $96,000 to $138,000 per year, with a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits. Pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
