About the Company
Noon is creating a comprehensive digital ecosystem designed to enhance daily life across the Middle East with speed, scalability, and a customer-first approach. Their mission centers on delivering every order directly to customers' doors daily. The Noon Minutes platform specializes in rapid hyper-local delivery of FMCG and grocery items within 15 minutes in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, ensuring vast product availability efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage work orders, facility maintenance requests, and keep detailed service logs.
- Collaborate effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth facility operations.
- Maintain accurate records for assets, compliance documentation, and related paperwork.
- Monitor and track preventive and corrective maintenance schedules and activities.
- Handle administrative processes including purchase requests and invoice management.
- Compile reports, analyze key performance indicators, and manage cost tracking efforts.
- Ensure the CAFM/CMMS systems are kept updated and accurate.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and spare parts availability.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
- Prior experience in facility management or administrative functions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel skills.
- Experience or familiarity with CAFM/CMMS software is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
- Capability to coordinate and liaise with diverse stakeholders and vendors effectively.
