Role Overview

We are looking for a committed and detail-focused Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance department. This position involves managing invoice preparation, payment tracking, and maintaining precise financial records. It is particularly suited for recent graduates aiming to build a career in accounting within the insurance field.

Key Duties

• Timely and accurate creation and issuance of customer invoices.
• Recording and reconciling transactions related to accounts receivable.
• Tracking overdue payments and keeping records current.
• Assisting with monthly and yearly financial closings.
• Providing relevant documents to assist internal and external audit processes.
• Organizing financial documents and ensuring the correctness of data.
• Collaborating with sales and finance teams to resolve billing inquiries and discrepancies.
• Generating accounts receivable aging reports to support close processes.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar discipline.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in accounts receivable or related functions.
• Excellent attention to detail combined with problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software is preferred.
• Fluent communication abilities in both English and Arabic languages.
