Job description
Job Overview and Location
This position is based in Coimbatore and requires working from the office during night shifts. Only candidates who can join immediately and attend an in-person interview in Coimbatore will be considered.
About the Role
The role focuses on Accounts Payable (Procure to Pay) and Order to Cash (Cash Application) functions. Candidates with 2 to 15 years of international experience in these domains are sought, along with relevant educational qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing invoices accurately within the Procure to Pay cycle.
- Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensuring compliance and implementing control systems.
- Handling cash applications, collections, and related Order to Cash tasks.
- Team leads and managers will be responsible for supervising and managing team members effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or MBA).
- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP is mandatory; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills.
- Prior exposure to international work environments is required.
- For leadership roles, demonstrated team handling experience on paper is essential.
