Job Overview
We are hiring an enthusiastic Accounts Executive to join our SAP and Microsoft Support Team based in Park Street, Kolkata. This role suits individuals with a B.Com or M.Com degree, fresh graduates or with up to two years of accounting experience. The position involves supporting accounts and taxation activities through ERP (SAP) and Microsoft applications, aiming to build a career in accounting and taxation within an ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the accounts and taxation departments with daily operations utilizing SAP and Microsoft tools.
- Support the recording, authentication, and reconciliation of accounting entries.
- Compile and maintain various reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
- Collaborate with senior team members to ensure timely completion of accounting and taxation tasks.
- Learn and implement ERP (SAP) functionalities for accounting and tax workflows.
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and guidelines.
- Assist with audits, reconciliations, and statutory filing requirements as needed.
Eligibility and Additional Details
Candidates should hold a B.Com or M.Com degree and can be freshers or possess up to two years of accounting experience. The job is located at Park Street, Kolkata, and involves working closely with the accounts and taxation team specializing in SAP and Microsoft support.
