Accounts Executive

About the Role

Guru Goutam Infotch Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting for the position of Accounts Executive at their Jayanagar 3rd Block office in Bengaluru. This full-time position offers a monthly gross salary ranging from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000. The ideal candidate will have a B.Com degree or an equivalent qualification, coupled with 1 to 2 years of experience in accounting.

Primary Responsibilities

• Maintain and update daily financial accounting records accurately.
• Prepare official documents such as quotations, invoices, delivery challans, and Goods Return Notes (GRNs).
• Input financial transactions diligently into the Tally accounting system.
• Assist in preparing and managing GST, TDS, and other statutory documents to ensure compliance.
• Support accounting tasks related to inventory management.
• Coordinate effectively with Sales and Operations departments to facilitate smooth financial operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent field.
• Experience of 1-2 years in accounting functions.
• Strong proficiency with Tally accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command over email communication.
• Basic understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
• Fluency in Kannada and English; knowledge of Hindi is advantageous.
• Familiarity with IT products like laptops, desktops, printers, and projectors is a plus.
