Overview
Thakral One is hiring an Accounts Executive for its Bengaluru office. Candidates who find the location suitable can share their resume by email or WhatsApp.

Role Summary
This role involves handling statutory compliance and tax-related accounting activities, with a strong focus on GST, TDS, and broader direct and indirect tax work. The position also requires day-to-day coordination with tax authorities when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare statutory calculations and working sheets for TDS, GST, and related compliance on monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual schedules.
- Match GST computations with the accounting records every month and at year-end.
- Manage GST compliance processes and ensure the related filings and actions are completed correctly.
- Create and maintain the ITC register, and reconcile books with GSTR-2A as well as books with GSTR-3B.
- Handle GST registration and amendment procedures with practical understanding.
- File TDS returns, make corrections where required, and issue TDS/TCS certificates.
- Independently manage GST-related assignments and issues.
- Work confidently with accounting records, Tally Prime, direct taxes, and indirect taxes.
- Understand and apply GST concepts such as ITC eligibility, reverse charge, GST TCS credit, fresh registration, LUT applications, E-Way Bill creation, and E-Invoicing.
- Perform TDS reconciliation against the books of accounts.
- Coordinate with Income Tax and GST officers and provide documents or clarifications whenever required.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold a B.Com degree and have 7 to 8 years of relevant experience.
