Role Overview and Responsibilities
As an Accounts and Finance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance of financial records including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable. Your duties will involve preparing balance sheets and conducting thorough forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis to support business operations.
Additionally, you will ensure strict compliance with statutory requirements such as GST and TDS regulations and coordinate effectively with external auditors to facilitate audits.
Candidate Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in finance and accounting practices.
- Strong command of financial analysis and accounting principles.
- Comprehensive knowledge of GST and TDS procedures and compliance.
- Relevant accounting certifications such as CA, CPA, or CMA are preferred.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and record keeping.
