Position Overview
We are seeking a committed and meticulous Accountant to join our team full-time at our premises situated near the MIDC Police Station in Paithan MIDC. The role involves handling everyday bookkeeping tasks, maintaining ledgers, overseeing inventory and invoicing, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting compliance with local statutory requirements.
Primary Duties
- Record daily business transactions including sales, expenses, purchases, and banking operations using accounting software such as Tally or MS Excel.
- Prepare GST-compliant invoices, delivery challans, and monitor receivables from clients.
- Validate and manage vendor bills and accounts payable to guarantee punctual payments.
- Conduct bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations regularly to ensure accurate financial records.
- Support monthly statutory filings for GST and TDS, assist in payroll procedures, and help maintain audit documents.
Compensation and Benefits
- Position Type: Full-time, on-site role.
- Remuneration: Monthly salary ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹12,000, dependent on experience and technical skill level.
- Additional Incentives: Performance-related bonuses provided monthly or quarterly, based on accuracy, billing timeliness, and task completion.
- Insurance: Coverage includes employee accidental and health insurance policies.
- Work Location: Paithan MIDC vicinity, near MIDC Police Station.
Candidate Profile
- Educational qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com or M.Com) or a Diploma in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience: Between 1 and 3 years in accounting; exceptional freshers skilled in Tally and Excel are also encouraged to apply.
- Required technical skills: Proficient in Tally Prime or equivalent accounting software; competent in MS Excel including basic formulas, VLOOKUP, and data entry tasks.
- Basic understanding of GST regulations, TDS, and billing processes is essential.
- Preferably candidates residing near Paithan, Mudhalwadi, or surrounding areas for convenient daily commuting.
