About the Role

Tayseer Trading Company is seeking a meticulous Accountant to support its finance function in Jeddah. This position is suited to a Saudi national with hands-on accounting experience in the FMCG sector and a strong grasp of day-to-day financial operations.

Requirements

• Applicant must be a Saudi national.
• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline is required.
• You should bring 2 to 4 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally gained in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and account reconciliations is essential.
• Comfort with accounting platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP tools is expected.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical ability are important for this role.
• You must be able to manage pressure and deliver work within deadlines.
• Good spoken and written English is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, examine, and present financial statements and related reports.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger postings.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Follow local financial regulations and internal company policies to maintain compliance.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance review.
• Work with auditors and coordinate with relevant internal teams when required.
