Position Overview
We are looking for a proficient and meticulous Accountant to join our team, equipped with comprehensive knowledge in all facets of accounting and financial oversight. This role demands expertise in managing Accounts Payable and Receivable, GST, TDS, payroll processing, taxation, and bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficient management of accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Handling GST, TDS, and related tax filings ensuring compliance.
- Processing monthly payroll and maintaining detailed salary records.
- Executing reconciliations, recording journal entries, and managing general ledger accounting.
- Engaging with clients and vendors for follow-up on pending payments and collections.
- Compiling financial reports as per management's requirements.
- Maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and punctuality in all accounting tasks.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated successful experience in accounting and financial management roles.
- Mandatory proficiency with the latest version of Tally software.
- Comprehensive understanding of GST, TDS, and pertinent taxation regulations.
- Strong communication and coordination aptitude with effective follow-up capabilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines.
