Accountant

About the Role

Hayrs Bio India is seeking a meticulous and proficient Accountant to oversee and manage the financial processes within our pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of focused experience in accounting within the pharmaceutical or medicine industry.

Key Duties

• Maintain daily accounting transactions and ensure accuracy in financial record keeping.
• Prepare essential financial documents including invoices, vouchers, and statements.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently and timely.
• Conduct bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers accurately.
• Handle statutory compliance relating to GST, TDS, and related tax regulations.
• Compile monthly and yearly financial reports for internal and external use.
• Collaborate with auditors to ensure adherence to accounting standards and support audit activities.
• Keep comprehensive and precise financial documentation.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of two years of accounting experience in a pharmaceutical or medicine-related firm.
• Thorough understanding of GST, TDS, and fundamental accounting principles.
• Proficiency in using Tally software, MS Excel, and other accounting tools.
• Strong analytical abilities and effective communication skills.
