Job Overview
We are seeking a diligent Accountant / Accounts Executive responsible for maintaining precise financial records, handling transaction processes, and generating financial reports in compliance with accounting standards. This role includes managing accounts receivable and payable, ensuring proper GST compliance, processing vendor payments, customer billing, and overseeing financial activities related to transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and updated accounting records.
- Process daily financial transactions efficiently.
- Prepare and submit financial reports adhering to regulatory standards.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable functions smoothly.
- Ensure GST compliance for all applicable transactions.
- Handle vendor payments timely and accurately.
- Generate customer invoices related to services.
- Supervise transportation-based finance operations.
