Role Overview
The position of Account Specialist is a part-time remote role focused on managing the financial and customer account aspects within MISSION HOME HEALTHCARE, LLC. The specialist’s daily duties include monitoring accounts for patients and clients, examining billing details, assisting with account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and punctuality, and addressing inquiries and account issues with clear, professional communication involving patients, their families, and internal teams. Collaboration with finance and operational staff, maintaining well-organized records, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards are essential.
